The full privacy policy covering bizav.ai and the AIRA mobile app is with our counsel for review and will be published here. This page will keep the same address when it is.
What applies today
- We collect only what the service needs in order to work: your name, email address, company and role, an account identifier, and the messages you exchange with the assistant.
- If you choose to attach a photo, a document or a voice recording to a message, we collect that file too. It is stored against your account and sent to our AI provider so the assistant can read or transcribe it. Nothing is taken from your camera, photo library or microphone unless you attach or record it yourself.
- We do not collect location, contacts, calendar, health data, payment details or advertising identifiers.
- We do not use tracking technologies, we do not serve advertising, and we do not sell personal data.
- What is sent to our AI provider, and who they are. To generate a reply, the content of your message — the text you type, earlier messages in the same conversation, and any photo, document or voice recording you attach — together with your name, company and role, is sent to Anthropic, PBC (the maker of the Claude AI models). Authentication, storage and hosting are provided by Google (Firebase). Both are our processors: they act only on our instructions, are bound by written data-processing agreements, do not use your data for their own purposes, and do not train their models on it. Each is contractually required to protect your data to a standard the same as or equal to the protections described in this policy.
- We ask for your permission before any message is sent to the AI provider: the app shows an AI-processing consent screen, which names Anthropic and lists exactly what is sent, and nothing is transmitted until you accept it.
- Our servers are in the United States.
- You can delete any single conversation, or your whole account and everything in it, from inside the app under Settings → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
